Zhengda currently owns multiple Shanxi Beiren 12-color high-speed printing machines, capable of producing a variety of printed products including multi-gloss, multi-matte, and double-sided prints. To ensure products meet EU standards, the company employs eco-friendly and water-based inks for printing and uses solvent-free lamination. It can produce various types of packaging pouches (such as stand-up zipper pouches, flat bottom pouches, spout pouches, etc.), as well as multifunctional, eco-friendly high-barrier material packaging (such as high-temperature retort pouches, top and bottom lid films, PVA, aluminum oxide, EVOH, etc.). In recent years, the company has focused on developing recyclable and biodegradable materials to meet market needs. Advanced OTR & WVTR testing equipment, fully automated quality inspection machines, and stringent controls on insect hazards ensure product quality.

Company History

In 2000, Heshan Zhengda Composite Packaging Co., Ltd. was established, mainly engaged in soft plastic color printing composite packaging.

In 2003, we determined the development strategy of simultaneous development of domestic and foreign businesses and opened up foreign markets.

 In 2004, the first use of benzene-free ketone-free inks.

In 2005, the laboratory was established to strictly monitor the solvent residues, heat-sealing temperature and peel strength of materials, process products and finished products.

In 2007, the company expanded its production and expanded its factory building with a building area of 8,000 square meters.  The three-story modern factory was completed in 2007, and a modern printing workshop and bag making workshop were established. At the end of the year, the installation of machinery and equipment was completed and put into use.

In 2009, through the EU BRC certification, the management of the company and the management of the quality system have leapt to a new level.

In 2012, the equipment was upgraded and purchased, and the 12-color printing machine, high-speed composite machine and horizontal slitting machine of Shaanxi Northwest were purchased to provide customers with higher quality service.

In 2015, the company purchased a solvent-free laminating machine and a fully automatic inspection machine.

In 2017, it passed the national high-tech enterprise certification.

In 2017, we learned about customer requirements and market demand and purchased an octagonal sealing bag machine.

In 2018, a multi-function bag making machine was purchased to produce pet packaging.

In 2019, the purchase of inkjet printers (one product and one yard) allowed each product to have a unique identity.

In 2020, we keep up with the trend of the times and develop and mass-produce recyclable packaging suitable for major food brands.

In 2021, a new fully automatic turntable welding nozzle machine production line was added.

In 2022, we will keep up with domestic and international environmental protection concepts, and develop and mass-produce biodegradable and environmentally friendly packaging.

In 2023, it passed the national certification of specialized, sophisticated and innovative enterprises, providing major food brands with professional, refined, distinctive and innovative soft plastic packaging.

In 2024, a new PET/PVC shrink film production line was added, which expanded production capacity and increased packaging categories.
